Paley Advisors, LLC is a global mergers and acquisitions firm located in New York. They provide clients with strategic and tactical business solutions, dealing with large transitions within the companies.  Paley Advisors came to Tower Agency looking for help in rebranding their online presence to elevate their look to be on par with the world-class service they already provided. They needed a new website with a new look to generate leads and attract potential clients and buyers.   The Problem Paley Advisors needed a new, elevated website that showcased their services and presented them as a global leader in their industry. They wanted to present their brand with a clean, elegant look that stood above the rest, along with mobile optimization for brilliant presentation and functionality. And, in order to best serve potential clients, they needed a lead intake form on their site.   The Solution Roger worked with the team to develop and improve the logo and branding color scheme for an elegant, global look and feel. He then built a new WordPress site utilizing city imagery and wrote page content to best convey their company online and attract clients and potential buyers. Superior Movers is a local San Diego moving company providing white glove, high-end service to office and residential moves. This family-owned business came to Tower Agency after struggling with the functionality of an old website and overspending on advertising dollars. Their goal was to better educate their potential customers on the cost of moving, what to expect, and how best to prepare for a residential or office move. This is where Roger came in to assist Superior Movers as they established themselves as the go-to name in the high-end moving service.    The Problem Superior Movers were getting leads, however, they lacked awareness on where they were coming from. Leads were tracking toward Yelp instead of coming directly to the website where Superior Movers hoped to collect contact information and educate potential customers on the moving process.  The old website also lacked SEO and a blog, leading Superior Movers to overspend on advertising in order to attract potential customers in other ways. They were ready for a robust new marketing campaign.    The Solution Roger worked with the family team to manage new leads by tracking Yelp ads and managing adwords to direct traffic targeted back toward the website. Through creation of new lead intake forms, they were better...

Jeff is a retired aerospace engineer on a mission: to reinvent sex toys. Jeff’s goal was to create a better quality product more fit for the user. The Problem Jeff had a myriad of great ideas he wanted to put to the test. In order to bring the perfect product to life, he wanted feedback from users to guide the prototype development. From this prototype he hoped to create a scalable design to go to market. He needed a community to gather this feedback from and take his idea from vision to reality.    The Solution Tower Agency assisted Jeff in creating the Pioneer Testing Program, a community of cam girls, sex experts, bloggers, and performers with extensive knowledge of sex toys. This community of influencers could provide the exact feedback he needed to improve his project.  In order to drive leads and garner interest in the program, Roger assisted in writing the Cam Model Guide to Sex Toys. Along with email automation implementation, they were able to grow their community of users and increase applicants for the Pioneer Testing Program.  The growth of the community generated awareness for Outplay’s product which in turn garnered the feedback needed to continue to improve upon the product itself.    Services Utilized...

New Platform Improves Rental Experience Vera Bailey built a dominant regional reputation with her top quality rental products and amazing service. Tower Agency stepped in when an outdated website began to make operations difficult for both her and customers. After several years of work with a variety of amazing clients, Vera is the only one to have built her own eCommerce website with almost no outside help. This original website enabled her to start a successful business but had several shortcomings which made ordering, fulfillment, and inventory difficult. Her old Network Solutions eCommerce platform was designed for a traditional retail business. Inventory comes in, orders are placed, and inventory goes out, never to be seen again. Sheets at the Beach is a rental business; inventory is returned after a set duration and needs to be tracked based on the dates it is used rather than an overall total. Because of this flaw Vera would ultimately oversell for busy summer weekends, forcing her to purchase more product or shut down her site entirely and lose valuable customers. Tower agents designed the new Sheets at the Beach website with a built-in booking and inventory system. This enables Vera to set a daily limit on the rentals for each of her products,...

It Costs an Arm, a Leg, and a Thigh. Local Delaware comedian Brenda Heckert had a site that did not show her personality and zero ability to build a community around her comedy. We fixed that. A new blog featuring jokes, pictures, and videos helps casting directors, event coordinators, and fans get in touch with her quirky personality. The fun nature she brings to every opportunity is exemplified by her saying “It costs an Arm, a Leg, and a Thigh.” By adding a blogging component to the site she is able to increase community engagement across Facebook, Twitter, and other social sharing sites. View Brenda’s new website and portfolio. Her previous site was limited to a few images and videos with little description of who she was and what kind of roles she plays. This new WordPress build is fully responsive (mobile/tablet/desktop friendly), has a more feminine color tone while at the same time displaying her full catalog of videos in a fan-friendly interface. This is our favorite video by Brenda, and we wish her the best of luck navigating the worlds of acting and...

Engaged and active user communities. Small niche communities are often your first step when delving into a new market opportunity providing influential groups with the power to be evangelists and champions for your brand which creates a strong foundation for success. Nualgi is a new brand that uses microscopic nano-silica to spark a Diatom bloom in any body of water, which eliminates unsightly nuisance algae, provides live feed for fish, and restores the habitat’s natural balance. The inbound marketing agents are expanding the Nualgi Aquarium community through in-depth engagement with users online. The campaign originally launched with a free sample program prior to the agency’s involvement. This wonderful idea and website was developed by to introduce the USA to a better way to manage their aquarium’s algae. Nualgi Ponds Nualgi Aquarium Nualgi Ponds was launched in May 2014 to continue to expand the nano technology movement outside the aquarium community.
